• Orders beyond 7PM may include additional delivery charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. Refunds are issued in cases of confirmed errors or non-delivery.

5. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are responsible for food quality and preparation. SmartEats acts as an intermediary platform.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartEats is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third-party partners.
